Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote our ERP, HRM, Automation and etc. Software & Automation products.
∎ Visit potential clients on-site, Office, Organization and maintain relationships with existing customers.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting on-ground market research and client outreach.
∎ Manage client relationships with patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales targets through field activities.
∎ Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for in-person meetings and presentations.
∎ Report on field marketing activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
∎ আমাদের ERP, HRM, অটোমেশন ইত্যাদি সফটওয়্যার ও অটোমেশন পণ্যসমূহের প্রচারের জন্য মাঠ পর্যায়ে মার্কেটিং কৌশলগুলি বিকাশ এবং বাস্তবায়ন করা।
∎ সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাইট, অফিস, প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিদর্শন করুন এবং বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সাথে সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখ।।
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ে বাজার গবেষণা এবং গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে নতুন ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগগুলি চিহ্নিত করুন এবং অনুসরণ করা।
∎ ধৈর্য, পেশাদারিত্ব, এবং চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতার সাথে গ্রাহকদের সাথে সম্পর্ক পরিচালনা করুন, গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ সেলস টিমের সাথে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে কাজ করুন এবং মাঠ পর্যায়ের কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে লিড তৈরি করে বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করা।
∎ সরাসরি সাক্ষাৎ এবং উপস্থাপনার জন্য বিপণন সামগ্রী তৈরিতে সহায়তা করা।
∎ মাঠ পর্যায়ের মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম, বাজারের প্রবণতা, এবং গ্রাহকদের মতামত সম্পর্কে প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা।

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, T/A
∎ Basic: 10,000 Taka (Will be increase after 3 month 10 - 50%) + Sales Commission + Project Bonus.
∎ Internet allowance
