∎ Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the industrial, engineering, or energy sectors.
∎ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
∎ Experience creating targeted campaigns to reach specific B2B or B2C audiences.
∎ Creative and innovative mindset with strong writing and visual content creation skills.
∎ Must be skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and Microsoft power Point.
∎ Must be willing to take on additional job responsibilities if the need arises.

∎ Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies to align with business goals.
∎ Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation and competitor activity within the energy sector.
∎ Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
∎ Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
∎ Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community.
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the visibility of our products and services.
∎ Create engaging and informative content (posts, videos, articles) tailored to different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Analyze and report on social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
∎ BETELCO (Manufacturing Electric machineries in the power sector) We are currently looking to recruit a Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing digital marketing strategies with a focus on products in the energy and power sector, including but not limited to:
∎ Transformers, Substations, Generators, Solar Energy Solutions, Busbar Trunking Systems (BBT), Lightning protection system (LPS), Services related to energy solutions.
∎ Responsibilities:
