Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as SOC Operation Manager which is under SOC domain
∎ Take in charge of Tier 2 service of CCH (Customer Complaint Handling).
∎ Manage SQM (Service Quality Mornitoring ) and troubleshoot process.
∎ Improve the efficiency of CCH by tool and management approach and create add-value from SQM service.
∎ Fulfill GP request for SOC Operation with tool, process and member skill tuning.
∎ ROLE OBJECTIVE:
∎ Act as SOC Operation Manager which is under SOC domain
