∎ Understanding of desktop, server, database, application, and network principles for problem management, risk identification, and analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor alerts, research threat activity, and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
∎ Perform triage and alert customers of any suspicious events with recommendations.
∎ Maintain an accurate audit trail of security requests and events.
∎ Generate, execute, and analyze security reports.
∎ Demonstrate exceptional communication skills while working with regional teams.
