∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
SME Credit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scrutinize and evaluate SME credit proposals as per lending guidelines/PPG.
∎ Visit applicant's location for validating financials and due diligence of provided information.
∎ Provide recommendation of SME proposals to appropriate authority after analyzing financial information, credit worthiness of applicant and CIB reports.
∎ Ensure turnaround time (TAT) in assessing credit proposals properly.
∎ Maintain MIS on regular basis and generate various performance reports to CRM.
∎ Assist Supervisor in other activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ At least 2-6 years of experience in SME Business/Credit is required.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bangla and English is must.
∎ Strong analytical ability, interpersonal skill, MS Office knowledge are required.
Salary: Negotiable
