Job Context:
∎ Grade: Manager/Senior Manager
∎ Location: Cumilla, Chowmuhani and South Region

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve set business and business growth targets in both asset and liability.
∎ Ensure branch profitability through controllable Profit before Tax (PBT) & Provision.
∎ Well management of NPL & PAR of Asset portfolio.
∎ Ensure "Superior" level customer services at Branch level, based on Customer Service Survey.
∎ Handling customer complaints positively and converting complaints into service improvement
∎ Analyze the patterns of customer's changing needs of financial services and recommend ways to tackle those.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 Years of experience in Banking/NBFI industry in Branch Distribution, Product & Services.
∎ Behavioral Competencies: Quality Decioson Making, Negotiation Skills and Analytical Ability.
∎ Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Regulatory & Compliance knowledge.
