Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for driving Portfolio Based Retail Business in both Asset and Liability including Credit Cards business.
∎ Provide responsive service by using skills for delightful customer experience.
∎ Handle customer complaints in a positive manner and convert complaints into service improvements.
∎ Accountable for collection and monitoring customers through its Branch networks by keeping
∎ PAR and NPL at minimum level.
∎ Actively support Branch Manager and STM to maintain key business parameter.
∎ Ensure daily reports are done accurately and on timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 Years of experience in Banking/NBFI industry in Retail Business, Product & Services.
∎ Behavioral Competencies:Negotiation Skills, Analytical Ability, Customer Relationship Management.
∎ Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Regulatory & Compliance knowledge.
