Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise assigned site construction, understand the design and maintain the construction accordingly, estimate the material requirements and manage good supply chain with the suppliers.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done as planed and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s)
∎ Managing site care taker, labors and others.
∎ Communication with head office regarding implementation works.
∎ Reporting to Project Engineer and Particular Department.
∎ Checking received materials.
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
∎ Should be able to manage project independently.
