Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should play the role of HEAD of Accounts.
∎ Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
∎ Monitoring & supervising the activities of various sections of Accounting Department by operating MS office software.
∎ Supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
∎ Manage and develop the accounting team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Collecting delivery challan, VAT challan and file management of those records in the system.
∎ Ensure proper administration of company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receivable management, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, reconciliation of Cash & Bank, trial balance, TAX and VAT management etc.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data, trial balance, and oversee the daily operations of concern units
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance with all relevant local statutory requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements according to IAS & IFRS. Also prepare report as per management requirement.
∎ To look after all Tax & VAT matters of the company.
∎ Fund and Treasury Management for smooth running of the Company.
∎ Sound knowledge on VAT & Income Tax, Company Act & Custom Act.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiencies, cost control, cost savings and cost reductions.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

∎ Age 35 to 55 years
