Diploma in Civil Engineering

Strong knowledge of road works (earthwork, subgrade, asphalt, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience in site supervision and reporting.

Good communication and problem-solving skills

• 6 to 8 years

• Age 27 to 45 years
• Only Male

Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D

Experience using survey equipment (Total Station, Auto Level)

Strong leadership and team management capability

Supervise day-to-day road construction activities on site

Work on BC Road, R.C.C Road, and R.C.C Culvert (LGRD projects)

Manage site setup and overall site operations

Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ

Conduct site setting out, leveling, and surveying works

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports

Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently

Identify site challenges and provide technical solutions
