• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 38 years
• Only Male

• Candidates must have work experience and knowledge on Auto CAD,
• Having working knowledge on Graphic Design, Photoshop, Illustrator will be given preferences. Individual unwilling to stay at project site must not apply

Landscape Builders Ltd. presently focusing all its work at JOLSHIRI ABASHON, a smart city being developed by Bangladesh Army. Our aim to deliver a project with modern architectural with combination of Aesthetic and functional utilities that satisfies our valued customers. 

To achieve our goal we are looking for a young, energetic and challenging individual as a SITE ENGINEER for its Projects at JOLSHIRI ABASHON.

Individual so selected must be responsible to:

• Supervise the construction work as per drawing design and plan
• Engage Labors and Technical person to respective jobs.
• Receive materials at Site. Maintain all records and ledgers of storage at Site.
• Security of Men and Material. Follow safety riles and Compliance. 
• Give Progress report to Project Director
• Must maintain a Source of Labor and Technical persons.
• Take independent responsibility for own works.
• Individual so selected must work and stay at Site.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
