Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D,Calculation of RCC and Steel Straucture,MS Office,Security Management,site supervision

- Candidates must have work experience and knowledge on Auto CAD,
- Having working knowledge on Graphic Design, Photoshop, Illustrator will be given preferences. Individual unwilling to stay at project site must not apply
Responsibilities & Context:
Landscape Builders Ltd. presently focusing all its work at JOLSHIRI ABASHON, a smart city being developed by Bangladesh Army. Our aim to deliver a project with modern architectural with combination of Aesthetic and functional utilities that satisfies our valued customers.
To achieve our goal we are looking for a young, energetic and challenging individual as a SITE ENGINEER for its Projects at JOLSHIRI ABASHON.
Individual so selected must be responsible to:
- Supervise the construction work as per drawing design and plan
- Engage Labors and Technical person to respective jobs.
- Receive materials at Site. Maintain all records and ledgers of storage at Site.
- Security of Men and Material. Follow safety riles and Compliance.
- Give Progress report to Project Director
- Must maintain a Source of Labor and Technical persons.
- Take independent responsibility for own works.
- Individual so selected must work and stay at Site.
