• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• The Individual must be well conversant about computer literacy, specially Photoshop, illustrator, and Preferably graphical works including 2D, 3D etc.

• 4 to 8 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Individual so selected shall be able do regular office work (Full time) at the Company office located at JOLSHIRI ABASHON.

Landscape Builders Ltd. looking for an experienced young, energetic, dynamic and challenging individual (Male/Female) to undertake the responsibilities of its Sales and Marketing issues/section. This is a Real Estate Company, all of its building projects are located at JOLSHIRI ABASHON area (Dhaka, Purbachal). His/Her Duties & Responsibilities will be:

• Plan and design banners for billboard and social media
• Online/Digital sales & Marketing
• Door to Door Marketing
• Respond to clients very promptly
• Keep records of all clients
• Opportunity sales
• Pursuit to achieve company sales target
• Marketing plan through Placement of billboards, ads on social media, individual communication.
• Keep communication with other sources to explore sale
• Any other job assigned by the company related to sales.

• Mobile bill,Performance bonus
• Festival Bonus: 2

If the selected individual proved to be efficient in sales and marketing will be given with sales commission or performance bonuses on case to case basis.
