Requirements:

Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D,ETABS,Graphics Design,Microsoft Excel,Real Estate Development
Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 50 years
- Only Male
- Individual must have Experience in Reputed Real Estate Development Companies
- Additional Knowledge on Graphic design, Auto Cad, Photoshop.
- Should be confident and smart enough to Represent our company at various office and institutions
- Must be able to do minor editing work on Auto Cad drawing
Responsibilities & Context:
This company is looking for an Energetic and well experienced “Senior Project Engineer” to Manage and Supervise its projects at JOLSHIRI ABASHON. The Individual So Selected Shall be responsible for:
- Shall be able to work independently without supervision and shall be responsible for all works done.
- Complete a Project as per drawing design and Plan
- Submit Cost Assessment before start of a Project and shall complete it within the estimated cost.
- Must have own Skilled and Non-skilled manpower sources.
- Must have wide knowledge on various Building Materilas, Interior and Exterior Materils.
- Shall complete a Project as per Work Schedule
- Maintain Communication with our assigned Architects and Engineers
- Ensure safety and Security of Al sites including Material
- Forecasting of Material Requirement well in Advance
- Should be able to lead the junior Engineers and Staffs
- Ensure preservation of All related Documents and Files.
- Individual must be knowing Motor Bike driving.
