Educational Requirements

• Diploma / B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed institutes. Preferable from Public

  institutes

• Candidates must have very good knowledge on Civil drawings & designs, Auto Cad, 2D,

• 3D, Construction Process quantity survey and cost analysis etc.

• Candidate must have clear knowledge on Building Construction Act.

• Can manage and supervise labor & Suppliers.

• Hard working, self-driven and able to perform under pressure

• Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.

• Computer literacy is must specially on MS Office Package

• Good analytical ability.

Work Place: Work at Site

• Must have ability to handle a project individual.

• To control and monitor sub contractor, project inventory, all kind of labor, Sub-contractor

• bill.

• Capable of assessing the strength of a constructed as per design.

• Prepare information regarding design, structure, specifications, materials, color,

• equipment, estimated costs and construction time.

• Capable of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of site work for

• completion of any work as per schedule.

• To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.

• Co-ordinate and solve design related problems by consulting with design team.

• Maintain Construction data such as time, Progress, and cost records, and prepare

• management reports of production results to establish work schedules, assignments, and

• production sequences to meet production goals.

• Maintain inventory of the project.

• Always keep update knowledge about the latest building/interior materials and their prices

• and availability.
