• Have a brief knowledge of all types of building construction works.
• Good at Microsoft Project, Word and Excel, AutoCAD·
• Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English).
• Report writing and documentation skills.
• Must have experience in high-rise Building construction work.

Site Engineer-high-rise Building construction

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a detailed estimation for constructing a building based on the provided design drawings
• Follow up on all designs, drawings, and specifications according to project standards.
• Perform rebar scheduling of different structural components of the building such as Pile, Pile-Cap, Footing, Grade Beam, Mat Foundation, Column, Shear Wall, Solid Slab, Ribbed Slab, Dome, etc.
• Monitor and supervise day-to-day high-rise Building construction work at the project.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project specifications, objectives, and timelines.
• Responsible for coordinating the drawings with specifications and BOQ for special items of construction works.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
• Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
• Review the progress of works at various stages.
• Supervise, monitor, and ensure the overall quality of construction works, including finishing works and the quality of materials being used at respective projects as per the specifications.
• Preparation of engineering documents and other documentation works for the construction of ongoing projects and maintain the same.
• Develop detailed construction plans and schedules, including resource allocation and cost estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work schedules, and material orders.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on the site.
