Responsibilities & Context:
Effective Interior is one of the leading Interior Company in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have strong background in interior project coordination. The company seeks talented professionals, guided by passion, commitment, motivation, drive and attention to detail for the following position.
- Supervising of all interior works at site and ensure expected quality.
- Ensuring work done at site as per drawing and within schedule time.
- Studying interior drawings to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective architect.
- Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement for vendor selection.
- Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
- Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
- Ensuring the right materials and product as per designs and client choice at site.
- Resolving technical problems related to interior design.
- Able to prepare monthly vendor bills.
- Able to prepare progress report as per management guideline.
