Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for interior design consultancy and furniture implementation.
Product & Service Integration: Lead the initiative to push "Furniture Concept" products into interior design projects, ensuring a seamless blend of custom interior solutions and ready-made furniture sales.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the Sales Executives and Senior Executives, monitoring their KPIs and daily client visitation logs.
Client Consultation & Closing: Handle high-profile clients (corporate offices, luxury residences) directly; understand their design requirements and close deals by presenting a comprehensive "Design + Furniture" value proposition.
B2B Networking: Build and maintain relationships with architects, real estate developers, and corporate procurement heads to generate leads for both interior fit-outs and bulk furniture supply.
Project Coordination: Act as the bridge between the Sales team, Design team, and the "Furniture Concept" production unit to ensure feasible designs and timely project handover.
Market Analysis: Analyze competitor pricing in the interior design and furniture market to adjust sales packages and offers effectively.
