Sales & Marketing: Strategic Marketing, Professional Sales Training, Corporate Sales Negotiation.
Industry Specific: Short course on Interior Design, Real Estate Management.
Management: Leadership & Team Management Training.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 45 years
Must have the ability to read basic Floor Plans/Layouts and understand Material Specifications (Board, Wood, Hardware etc.).
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Planning: Make monthly and yearly sales plans to reach the company's revenue targets.
Team Management: Lead, train, and guide the sales team (Executives & Senior Executives). Monitor their daily visits and performance.
Client Handling: Meet with corporate and premium clients directly to understand their needs and close the deals.
Business Relationship: Build strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, and corporate offices to get new interior and furniture projects.
Consultation: Suggest the best interior design and furniture solutions to clients according to their budget and requirements.
Coordination: Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and correctly.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present them to the management.
Market Knowledge: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to improve our sales strategies.
