Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Ensure proper implementation of structural, architectural, and finishing works in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular work progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage through effective supervision.
Maintain strict quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and BOQ.
Implement and enforce site safety procedures and regulations.
Verify measurements, prepare work orders, and assist in billing and documentation processes.
Manage site workforce, including scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance supervision.
Ensure proper maintenance and security of site equipment and materials.
Stay at the project site as required to oversee operations and address urgent matters.
