Responsibilities & Context:
A.I. & Associates Ltd. is a renowned consultancy firm working all over the country since 1996. Our Scope of services are architectural & structural design, drawing & supervision of residential, commercial, recreational and office building facilities etc.
AIA is looking for a young and energetic site engineer who can manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently with high quality standard.
Responsibilities:
Supervising all the construction work going on being continuously present on site.
Managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Monitoring the progress for completion of work on time and ensuring the quality of work going on.
Ensuring full coordination between management, contractor & architecture team.
Reporting the management time to time.
Responsible for estimate BoQ Checking, Contractor Bill Checking, Work implementation as per drawing and standard.
