Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Familiar with BNBC and Membership of IEB.
∎ Responsible for site supervision, managing & coordinating for completion of the project works timely
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to Head office.
∎ Maintains records, prepare reports and receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality.
∎ Checking Lay-out, Structural, Sanitary & plumbing, electrical and electro mechanical, fire safety drawing as per site condition.
∎ Managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day activities related to the management and implementation of the Project, including procurement, project monitoring and evaluation, financial management, progress and financial reporting.
∎ Preparation of details cost estimate basis of the PWD updated rate schedule, Rate Analysis for the works, Goods, Services, Running Bill, Final Bill, As built Drawing, Measurement Book, Monthly Work Progress Report with picture.
∎ Daily Activity Report and BoQ (basis of the PWD updated rate schedule) with technical specification have to do specific format with the Excel, word and Supervision/monitoring Schedule, Timely handover of works and Quality records without outstanding defects, work Plan for construction works.

∎ AIA is looking for a young and energetic Assistant Engineer who can manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently with high quality standard.
