Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising all the construction work.
∎ Overseeing building and Electrical related works and Inspect project sites to monitor progress.
∎ Managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
∎ Checking technical designs and wiring drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Liaising with clients, contractors and other professional staff.
∎ Responsible for BoQ checking, Contractor Bill Checking, Electrical Estimation.
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to office.
∎ Maintains records, prepare reports and receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality.
∎ Preparation of Electrical (point wiring, power wiring, circuit diagram etc.) if required (conducted by AutoCAD) etc.

∎ AIA is looking for a young and energetic Site Engineer (Electrical) who can manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently with high quality standard.
∎ Responsibilities:
