Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage the construction of new garments washing factory facilities, including buildings, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), warehouses and utility structures.
Ensure full compliance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council (RSC) standards.
Monitor and ensure adherence to international buyer compliance requirements throughout all construction and structural activities.
Monitor site progress, quality and safety performance to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation, reporting and record-keeping.
