Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or relevant discipline.

• At least 10 years

• Age At most 50 years
• Only Male

• Candidates with prior experience at RSC & 06 months training from FSCD will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of BNBC 2020, Fire Prevention Act, and international fire safety standards (NFPA preferred).

• Specialized training/certification in Fire Safety Engineering is must.  

• Review and ensure all designs and construction activities comply with BNBC 2020, Fire Service regulations, and RSC/Nirapon standards.

• Supervise installation and commissioning of fire protection systems (alarm, hydrant, sprinkler, extinguishers).

• Conduct fire risk assessments and ensure safe handling/storage of flammable materials.

• Monitor construction site safety and ensure proper implementation of fire prevention measures.

• Develop fire emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.

• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintain fire safety documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on fire safety compliance.

• Ensure all fire safety systems are fully functional and ready before project handover.
