Develop new denim washes, finishes, and surface effects based on buyer requirements and market trends.
Research denim fabrics, washing techniques, chemicals, and finishing processes.
Coordinate fabric, trims, washing, and finishing development.
Optimize production efficiency, cost, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with buyers for product development and approvals.
Ensure safety, environmental, and social compliance.
Implement continuous improvement and develop technical teams.
