• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic, Resort, Interior Design, Escalator / Elevator / Lift

Skills & Expertise

• Designing
• Drafting
• Interior Design

• Providing Execution/working schedule according to the design & specifications.

• Construction (Interior & real estate) budget preparation & taking approval.

• Maintaining work program, design and following instruction of project manager/architect.

• Ensure quality of work & supervision of work as per approved design.

• Managing labor/Sub Contractor.

• Ensure completion of schedule work timely as per specification.

• Receiving Materials at site and maintain site store.

• Maintain site utility and equipment`s.

• Providing actual built measurement, checking of sub- contractor`s measurement & bills.

• Staying at site, maintaining site book, site inventory, attendance record and others.

• Preparing material requirements schedule and submission to purchase for timely procurement.

• Close contact with procurement.

• Close contact with design or concern architect & project in charge to ensure proper execution as per approved design.

• Organizing labor distribution at the site and monitoring production floor.

• Organizing entire execution related requirements and ensure proper flow of work and handover the site timely.

• Quality control and providing supports to other production related activities.

• Mobile bill
