• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors
• Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi Science & Technology University (RSTU), Natore students will get preference

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Ensure that construction work is executed as per design specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.

• Conduct site surveys and measurements for accurate planning and execution.

• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and other site personnel to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor material usage and inventory on-site to minimize wastage.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Provide technical support to resolve on-site issues and challenges.

• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager/top level management.

• Construction (Interior & real estate) budget preparation & taking approval.

• Ensure quality of work & supervision of work as per approved design.

• Managing labor/Sub Contractor.

• Ensure completion of schedule work timely as per specification.Receiving Materials at site and maintain site store.

• Maintain site utility and equipment`s. Providing actual built measurement, checking of sub- contractor`s measurement & bills.

• Maintaining site book, site inventory, attendance record and others.

• Preparing material requirements schedule and submission to purchase for timely procurement.

• Close contact with design or concern architect & project in charge to ensure proper execution as per approved design.

• Organizing labor distribution at the site and monitoring production floor.

• Organizing entire execution related requirements and ensure proper flow of work and handover the site timely.
