Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 5 years

• Age At least 25 years

• AutoCAD, MS Office etc.

• Routine Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical equipments belongs with Kulaura House & Marina Square and Agro Projects at Kulaura.

• Routine maintenance of generator, plumbing & civil related work including repair & maintenance work etc.

• Supervise & monitor all civil & structural works according to the provided drawings.

• Supervise the materials at the site and ensure the quality of the project activities.

• Supervise & implement the architectural & finishing works as per the drawing.

• Estimation of materials & work.

• Ensure safety at the construction with proper safety guidelines for the man & materials.

• Prepare bills as per work performed at the site, maintain the site register, measurement book, etc.

• Daily supervision & reporting of the project activities, management of contractor, man & materials.

• Daily Supervision of Kulaura House & Marina square.

• Ensure timely progression & completion of the project.

• Have to stay at Project Site as required.

• Any task as required by the management team.
