Job Context:
∎ Mehar Online Shop is an exclusive store for women health and Beauty. We import exclusive branded makeup and skincare products abroad. Sales officers will be responsible to sell this items to our premium customers.
∎ Mehar Online Shop is looking for dynamic Sales Representative to serve our premium customers by assisting them with branded product information and after sales service.
∎ Job Location Mehar Showroom in Banani Branch
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers, help customers to find items in the store, provide information about items
∎ Helps customers to wrap and bag their purchases
∎ Helps in the daily display of all items that are available for sale in the shop
∎ Sends appreciation messages to customers & keeps them informed latest arrivals
∎ Keep track of inventory
∎ Properly operates a cash register & maintains all transaction effectively & efficiently
∎ Payment track with Delivery Company, showroom sale.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in beauty/cosmetics industry
∎ Basic knowledge in Excel (Sum, Filter, Data Entry)
∎ Sales experience in POS sales, Cosmetics, Skin Care, branded cosmetics etc. field will be given much priority.
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali and English
Salary: Tk. 9000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary + Commission on sales Target
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Basic working: 9 Hours
∎ Overtime allowance: Counted after basic 9 hours
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Yearly
