∎ Skills Required: Any reputed ecommerce company, eCommerce Daily Operation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Operation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the website and Facebook page, trading them effectively, optimizing user journeys, and aligning efforts with the digital acquisition and retention teams.
∎ Supervise packing team about product sale.
∎ Train showroom employees about product information.
∎ Supervise payment update with delivery company, showroom sale, online sale.
∎ PRODUCT INFORMATION:
∎ Product data management - ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
∎ Manage the overall critical path to get product information and photography on to the site on time and ensure all involved teams within the business are aware of deadlines.
∎ STOCK MANAGEMENT:
∎ Overall management of e-Commerce stock and involvement in the commercial plan for growth.
∎ Stock Availability - monitor stock holding and report weekly on the site cover and work collaboratively with merchandising team to plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding.
∎ Ensure inventory availability in advance of planned site launches, updates, marketing campaigns and promotional activity
∎ Manage digital assets, format images, and compress for wholesale partner. Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target
∎ He/she will maintain source wise different customer & potential/ interested customer data base and communicate the customer/ interested customer monthly and/or various occasions over phone & email. Shall give a monthly franchisee sourcing report to the management.
∎ ANALYSIS:
∎ Web and Facebook page Analytics - monitor and measure site performance, while using this to make recommendation and improve performance. Use Google Analytics.
∎ Measure online conversion and identify tactics internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates.
∎ Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve. Monitor stock levels and analyze web sales versus store performance
∎ Monitor competitor and web sales trends to ensure web and Facebook page offer and experience is in line with customer expectations
∎ ONLINE MARKETING:
∎ Optimize the website customer experience / journey, feeding into decisions on content, functionality and layout across the site (e.g., homepage, navigation, PDP)
∎ Maintain everyday CRM duties
∎ Generate Basic Content and copywriting for products for online platforms. Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development. Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
∎ Online Product Management - Ensure that products are merchandised while ensuring that products are simple to find, but yet maximizing sale opportunities

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development or Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Retail Store, Website Management.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in managing Ecommerce any of these lead role, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Marketing, eCommerce Operation, Ecommerce Supply Chain, SEO and Digital, product sourcing.
∎ Experience in E-commerce website product Management/ Track/ Update platform under any of these Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce etc
∎ Good knowledge of the e-commerce sector
∎ Advanced ability to write and edit content
∎ Basic knowledge in Excel (Pivot, Table, Calculation, Match, Filter, Vlookup), Word & MS office
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing channels. (Facebook Page, Group, Tiktok, IG Handle)
∎ Flexible and responsive to change (work under any environment from anywhere)
∎ Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and support the business objectives to drive profitability

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
