Responsibilities & Context:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, specifications, and pricing.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product updates.
- Ensure showroom displays and merchandise are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Arrange product displays strategically to attract customer interest.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a customer database and record all sales activities.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts and logistics departments for order processing and delivery.
