∎ 2.Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer handling.
∎ 3.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
∎ 4.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
∎ Manage inventory, stock display, and visual merchandising in the showroom.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports and other operational reports to management.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the showroom premises.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team for showroom promotions and campaigns.
∎ Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Upon successful completion of three months of service and based on performance evaluation, the Showroom Manager may be offered a business partner with full responsibility for the operation of showroom.
