Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall showroom and store operations efficiently
Lead, train, and supervise sales and floor staff
Ensure excellent customer service in a branded retail environment
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product merchandising
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
Handle customer complaints and ensure brand standards are maintained
Coordinate with head office, suppliers, and vendors
