Job Responsibilities:
∎ Striving to achieve sales targets of cables.
∎ Analyzing sales and determine ways to increase the sales of cables.
∎ Develop and maintain business relationships.
∎ Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows easy movement.
∎ Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
∎ Studying the features of all products on offer.
∎ Managing suppliers, vendors, deliveries and inventory.
∎ Providing update ideas and prompting changes to showroom displays and stock.
∎ Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
∎ Oversee showroom operations, including day to day maintenance.
∎ Supervising the use of test models to prevent damage.
∎ Advising Purchasers on items which ought to be restocked or removed from the catalog.
∎ Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
∎ Documenting sales and arranging reward for employees for performance accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in communication
∎ Ability to solve problems quickly
∎ Ability to lead by setting example
