Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Confirm 100% denier test of each & every spool of POY & FDY.
∎ Supervising the team of Physical Fault Checkers of POY, FDY, DTY and avoiding the mixing of lot.
∎ Ensuring shift wise weight of finish goods / intermediate product and avoiding the mixing of lot.
∎ Ensuring all packing materials consumption and stock.
∎ Coordinate with Quality and Warehouse department to monitor every day.
∎ To prepare daily, monthly, yearly Packing and Stock report.
∎ Have the ability to manage the team in checking and packing with good results.
∎ Providing training to the checking & packing team.
∎ Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standard are met.
∎ Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standard.
∎ Communicate the result of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Should have the ability of problem solving, pro-active, self-motivated and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Having good knowledge of Ms Office.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and handling multifunctioning activities.
∎ Have to work on shift basis (2 shifts) per day.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Abide by any other job as and when assigned by the management.
