Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Top plan, execute and follow up the production activities and control the quality production with related activities
∎ Shade matching is the most prominent role
∎ To ensure Shift Wise Production with quality.4
∎ To check dyeline according to batch plan
∎ To check daily production report
∎ To confirm the pre-treatment and dyeing process
∎ To adjust machine parameter such as reel speed, pump speed, cycle time etc.
∎ To solve production related problem and inform senior person
∎ To discuss with senior person about overall production if necessary
∎ To study dye and chemicals nature which is delivered by the manufacturers and apply them correctly to the production
∎ To control subordinates and ensure their responsibility.
