∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Engineering in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plastics, Polymer, uPVC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise production line operation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
∎ Ensure that daily production goals are met
∎ Machine wise product name with cycle time must be ensure on regular basis
∎ Product wise cycle time must be ensure
∎ To monitor floor house keeping as required
∎ To minimize volume of wastage on daily basis
∎ To ensure proper utilization of existing manpower under proper guidance and feed back to employee when needed
∎ Must be capable to do continuous development in assigned areas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in computer application
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work in long hours.
∎ Full understanding of industry safety standards
∎ Leadership and conflict-management skills
∎ Must be able to handle different types of audit as required
