Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.     Must have sound knowledge all kind of lab dyeing process & should have Idea about Knit fabric dyeing.
∎ 2.     Should have knowledge in Textile dyes & chemical.
∎ 3.     To make all colour recipe formulations from the spectrophotometer/manual.
∎ 4.     Ensure to make metamerism-free recipe according to shade and colour.
∎ 5.     To maintain plan wise lab dip shade confirmation from bulk dyeing floor on a regular basis.
∎ 6.     Ensure the colour wise dyestuff selection as per requirements.
∎ 7.     Prepare lab batch plan as per as per submission schedule.
∎ 8.     Prepare floor cards as per dyeing plan & check properly for the dyeing floor in every shift.
∎ 9.     To check the final shade with spectrophotometer & store the report.
∎ 10.  Select the final lab dip submission shade and make lab dip cards according to the buyer's submission schedule.
∎ 11.  Ensure the lot to lot dyestuff by spectrophotometer & store the report.
∎ 12.  Ensure lab to lab accuracy with RTD & Improve lab to bulk RFT %.
∎ 13.  To ensure all lab machines are functional or require maintenance.
∎ 14.  Ensure that every recipe re check on order wise self-fabrics before dyeing.
∎ 15.  Reduce Re-work & Wastage%.
∎ 16.  Expert on batch to batch recipe correction constantly.
∎ 17.  Expert on batch preset constantly in his own shift.
∎ 18.  Additional responsibility to maintain the following parameters as per company SOP, rules and regulations.
