We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Dyeing Department as a Shift In-Charge. The role demands at least 8 years of relevant experience in shade matching and dyeing operations.

• Lead and manage all dyeing activities during the assigned shift.

• Ensure accurate recipe preparation and precise execution to achieve desired shade and quality standards.

• Provide expert guidance on shade matching, shade correction, and dyeing process optimization.

• Supervise dyeing operators, helpers, and technical staff to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor production parameters, troubleshoot deviations, and take corrective measures promptly.

• Maintain detailed production records, shade reports, and shift performance updates.

• Coordinate closely with quality and finishing teams to ensure timely production output.

• Implement process improvements to minimize re-dyeing, reduce wastage, and improve cost efficiency.
