Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Dyeing Department as a Shift In-Charge. The role demands at least 8 years of relevant experience in shade matching and dyeing operations.
Lead and manage all dyeing activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure accurate recipe preparation and precise execution to achieve desired shade and quality standards.
Provide expert guidance on shade matching, shade correction, and dyeing process optimization.
Supervise dyeing operators, helpers, and technical staff to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production parameters, troubleshoot deviations, and take corrective measures promptly.
Maintain detailed production records, shade reports, and shift performance updates.
Coordinate closely with quality and finishing teams to ensure timely production output.
Implement process improvements to minimize re-dyeing, reduce wastage, and improve cost efficiency.
