Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pattern making.
∎ Pattern grading.
∎ Sample development.
∎ Ability to convey technical information clearly to team members.
∎ Confident and clear communication skills; both verbal and written to work productively along with team.
∎ Garments FIT checking and correction of patterns.
∎ Incorporate buyer’s comments on samples and production.
∎ Take care of product design and make it production friendly.
∎ Fabric consumption calculation.
∎ Marker planning.
