∎ Masters or equivalent / 04 years' graduation.
∎ (Candidates having HRM discipline will be given preference).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Minimum 18 years' continuous service in any reputed commercial bank having 10 years' practical experience in human resources management including at least 02 years' service as EVP to be eligible for SEVP.
∎ Other Requirements
∎ Candidates are expected to apply through proper channel.
∎ Employees of IBBL need not apply.
∎ Candidates must not apply for more than one post.
∎ Selected candidates will be required to execute a Surety Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 03 (three) years.
