Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Technical Requirement:
∎ Must have expert level experience with Mikrotik Routers
∎ Must have expert level experience with OLTs (Huawei, BDcom, Vsol)
∎ Must have moderate level experience with L2 & L3 switch (Cisco, Juniper)
∎ Should know how Radius system works for AAA service
∎ Understanding of Online Games
∎ Must have professional experience in handling Resellers (both MAC & Bandwidth)
∎ Should have clear knowledge about the networking conceptsShould be able to diagnose end customer issues
∎ Must have basic understanding of Unix & Linux based systems
∎ Must have hands on experience with handling Servers (Dell, Supermicro, HP)
∎ Should have understanding of transmission systems (Transceivers, Optics Modules)

∎ General Requirement:
∎ Must be meticulous nature
∎ Should have experience handling multiple teams across different departments
∎ Must have excellent communication skills
∎ Age should be within 30-50 years
∎ Have to be excellent at receiving and executing instructions
∎ Have to data driven
∎ Need to have strategy building capabilities
∎ Need to be quick decision maker
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
∎ Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
