Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Service Quality Team, ensure daily disbursement in due time & other client services as needed.
∎ Solve Customer/debtor complain on regular basis.
∎ Prepare report on regular basis.
∎ Visit clients on regular basis & gather market information.
∎ Maintain Client Accounts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Knowledge of domestic and international factoring.
∎ Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong English and Bangla communication skills (oral and written).
∎ Strong Leadership skills.

Salary: Negotiable
