Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 45 years
- 1–2 years of experience in medical equipment servicing will be preferred
- Fresher or Experience both are acceptable
- Willingness to travel across different districts of Bangladesh
- Skilled in medical equipment installation and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills with clients
- Strong reporting and time-management skills
- Honest, Smart & Hardworking attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of various medical equipment (X-ray, Ultrasound, ICU Equipment, Lab Equipment, etc.)
- Provide product demonstrations at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Respond and resolve breakdown service calls within the shortest possible time
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Prepare and submit service reports to the head office
- Provide customer support and training
- Prepare reports for required spare parts
- Work in coordination with the service team and sales team
