Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote medical equipment and devices in target markets.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales targets and business goals.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, seminars, and medical conferences.

• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website content.

• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and product documentation.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and market trends to optimize strategies.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with product development and technical teams to understand product features and communicate value propositions effectively.

• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

• Train and guide sales and marketing team members on product knowledge and promotional strategies.
