Responsibilities & Context:

1. Social Media Management

- Manage and operate Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms

- Publish regular posts, reels, short videos, and stories

- Increase page reach, engagement, and follower growth

2. Content Creation (Photo & Video)

- Create product photography and promotional videos

- Produce doctor demonstrations, machine installation, and testimonial videos

- Design graphics such as posters, banners, flyers, and cover photos

3. Video Editing

- Edit promotional videos, reels, and shorts

- Add subtitles, voice-overs, and background music

- Ensure professional and modern video editing quality

4. SEO & Paid Promotion

- Manage Facebook Ads and boosting campaigns

- Perform Google SEO (On-page and basic Off-page)

- Handle YouTube SEO (Title, Description, Tags, Thumbnails)

- Increase website traffic and generate leads

5. Website & IT Support

- Regularly update Alidada.co and Transba websites

- Upload products, update pricing, and change banners

- Resolve basic technical issues

- Provide domain, hosting, and business email support

6. Branding & Strategy

- Follow company branding guidelines

- Prepare monthly content calendars

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

7. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

- Analyze ad costs, reach, leads, and sales performance

- Propose improvement and optimization plans

8. Coordination

- Coordinate with marketing team and management

- Provide digital support to the sales team
