Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide hardware and software support for products like laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, IT accessories (e.g., printers, RAM, SSD, motherboards, routers, etc.), and mobile phones.
∎ Diagnose and repair issues related to IT products and accessories.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently at retail outlets.
∎ Assist in setting up, configuring, and updating devices and equipment as needed.
∎ Handle repairs and servicing of E-bikes and their accessories.
∎ Maintain service records and ensure timely reporting of repairs.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
∎ Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product updates.
∎ Job Context: We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of retail outlet-based experience in servicing IT products and accessories, including both hardware and software support. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of products, from laptops to home appliances, computer components, mobile devices and gaming accessories. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science and demonstrate excellent customer service skills while ensuring high standards of technical support.
