• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback within the assigned territory in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure effective and satisfactory resolution of customer issues through coordination with dealers, workshops, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and bike service experience.

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Spare Parts, and Technical teams to resolve service-related matters promptly.

• Monitor and evaluate service performance of authorized dealers and service centers to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.

• Ensure timely availability and delivery of warranty spare parts to customers.

• Oversee warranty claim submission, verification, and settlement to ensure accuracy and on-time processing.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on customer complaints, service performance, warranty claims, and key service KPIs.

• Ensure service operations within the territory contribute positively to business profitability.
