Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories

• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Master of Science (MSc)

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories

• Age At most 30 years

• Supervise and motivate the regional customer care team.   

• Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. 

• Oversee the entire repair process from customer received to delivery. 

• Ensure adherence to DOA (Dead on Arrival) and DAP (Dead After Purchase) protocols. 

• Manage inventory and accurate tracking of spare parts.

• Implement quality control and regularly audit service processes. 

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, customer interactions, and transactions. 

• Prepare monthly various  reports on service metrics.               

• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, marketing, and sales teams.

• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
