Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
∎ Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords related to security services and the private security industry.
∎ Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to prioritize target keywords.
∎ 2. On-Page Optimization:
∎ Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and service pages, with targeted keywords and relevant meta tags.
∎ Ensure website elements, such as titles, headings, and URLs, are optimized for SEO.
∎ 3. Technical SEO:
∎ Monitor and improve website loading speed and performance to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
∎ Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues affecting SEO.
∎ 4. Content Strategy:
∎ Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute an effective SEO content strategy that aligns with target keywords and audience interests.
∎ Create SEO-friendly content guidelines to ensure consistent optimization across all digital assets.
∎ 5. Link Building:
∎ Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
∎ Build relationships with industry influencers and other websites to enhance link-building opportunities.
∎ 6. Local SEO:
∎ Optimize the company's local listings and directories to improve local search visibility and drive traffic to physical location
∎ Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all online platforms.
∎ 7. SEO Performance Tracking and Reporting:
∎ Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
∎ Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, trends, and insights to the marketing team and management.
∎ 8. Stay Updated on SEO Trends:
∎ Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
∎ Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improvements in search rankings.
∎ In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
∎ Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
∎ Proficiency in keyword research and analysis tools.
∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Understanding of the private security industry or related sectors is a plus.
